Reward points generated by the order are converted from 20 day after delivery to actual available Reward Points. For 20 days from the time of delivery, they will be classified as Unavailable Reward Points.
Unused forward points cannot be used for product purchase until they are converted to available forward points in case of return or cancellation of purchase.
Available Reward Points(total Reward Points - used Reward Points - UnusedReward Points) is available immediately when purchasing the product.
